• Own and optimize the paid acquisition strategy, executing campaigns directly and continuously testing various elements
• Collaborate with content marketing to enhance performance and manage the organic social calendar aligned with marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing with a proven track record
• Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers and security teams in mid-market and enterprise segments
• Hands-on ownership and execution of paid media campaigns without agency support
• Demonstrated ability to build programs that deliver measurable value, including pipeline and revenue impact
• Experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar
