Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the customer empowerment team to recruit and nurture customer advocates
• Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and measure initiative effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least five years of marketing experience, with a minimum of two years in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
• Experience in running customer review collection campaigns and creating advocacy assets
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
