Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Business Partners focused on Sales hiring
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Sales Organization
  • Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs to drive process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven success hiring for Sales or other Commercial functions ideally in AdTech or SaaS environments
  • Strong operational rigor and a track record of building or optimizing recruiting processes at scale
  • Comfort working with talent metrics and using data to inform strategy
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and executive leaders
