Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AI & Automation, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize AI Agent flows across various channels to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining brand voice
  • Design automation workflows throughout the customer experience tech stack for tasks like ticket triage and order lookups
  • Monitor AI performance and establish QA programs to assess success across customer interactions


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or product management roles, preferably in e-commerce
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI and conversational automation tools
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms and helpdesk software
  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience managing knowledge management systems and content workflows
