Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to drive efficient onboarding for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical customer onboarding projects and timelines
• Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
• Design repeatable onboarding methods focusing on speed and quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management in onboarding/Implementation or Customer Success roles
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, BigCommerce) is a plus
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer
