Job Summary

An international law firm is seeking a talented litigation paralegal to support their labor & employment practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery requests, subpoena preparation, and court filings
• Cite-checking and bluebooking briefs, memoranda, etc
• Assist with witness preparation and document maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a Litigation Paralegal role
• Experience handling incoming foreign filing patent applications
• Labor & Employment experience is a plus
• Must be located in Houston, Dallas, or Chicago
