Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create key Ethics and Compliance visibility materials, including board materials and presentations
• Partner with leadership to design and execute global visibility activities and training
• Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal/ethics and compliance role
• Familiarity with NavEx software - RiskRate and EthicsPoint
• Strong proficiency with computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups and external stakeholders
