Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide essential support to its Pro Bono Litigation Corps.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with investigation, client interviews, and fact development for public interest litigation cases
• Draft discovery requests, subpoenas, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Collaborate with nationwide pro bono partners to support litigation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4-Year Degree required
• Strong paralegal and litigation experience, preferably in federal court
• Commitment to public interest law
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
