Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst who is motivated to solve complex regulatory challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and risk assessment activities to identify potential legal and regulatory exposures
• Develop controls for business processes to mitigate legal and compliance risks
• Implement a testing and monitoring program to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations such as TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, consumer lending, or banking, preferably in compliance or risk management roles
• Experience in building or maintaining a compliance program is a plus
• Ability to learn and apply new laws, rules, and regulations
• Self-starter who works independently and adapts to changing priorities
