Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Medicare Inbound Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with information and decisions regarding healthcare/Medicare plans
• Facilitate re-enrollment processes and address inquiries from individuals aging into the program
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls based on customer interest, with no cold calls involved

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active health insurance license in the state of residence, in good standing
• Must reside in the state where licensed
• 15 mbps)
• Minimum of six months of sales experience
• Strong customer service orientation
