Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to current and prospective members and providers regarding health plans
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing various topics with adaptability
• Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior work experience in a customer-facing position, ideally with three consecutive years in a previous role
• Completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop is required
• Outstanding professional references from prior supervisors
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
