Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Client Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and onboarding of new customers and projects
• Conduct system demonstrations and provide ongoing training for clients
• Manage client accounts, including maintenance and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous mortgage customer/client support experience
• Familiarity with mortgage documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to handle various tasks and projects throughout the workday
