Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Rep II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-tier technical support to customers via phone, web, and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and maintain communication with customers regarding their requests
  • Act as a customer advocate by resolving high-priority issues and capturing feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 1-2 years of experience in software support or a related position
  • Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capable of passing nationwide Criminal Justice Information Systems background clearance
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
