Night Service Manager

NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important careers of Night Service Manager at two of our large, upscale Lewis-owned communities in the Rancho Cucamonga area of the Inland Empire.  

This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of two local and large apartment communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities. 

Qualifications for your success: 

-Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred 
-Previous experience working with the public/customers
-Ability to handle stressful situations professionally 
-Ability to self-supervise and work independently 
Drug screen & Background performed upon hire

Two nearby Locations: Homecoming at The Resort (2 days) & Terra Vista (3 days)

Working weekends is required - your days off will be Tues/Weds

Additional Requirements: 
-Ability to traverse your community on foot, ascending/descending stairs as needed
-Ability to lift or move heavy objects, as needed
-Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English.

In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more. Days off are Thurs/Friday.
