Legal Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Quality Analyst, responsible for managing the medical file review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with clients and reviewers to address questions and update on referral progress
• Ensure reports adhere to quality assurance standards and are formatted correctly

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in auto-oriented fields or as a paralegal
• Experience with 18.001 counter affidavits and Tier 1 carriers
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive legal work requiring high-level quality assurance
