Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in contracting, including partner and vendor agreements
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on regulatory changes and associated risks
• Stay updated on banking and lending regulations impacting the company and its BaaS initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• In-depth experience with contract negotiation and litigation strategies
• Ability to interpret and apply banking laws and regulations in fintech environments
• Strong analytical skills and judgment, with a collaborative mindset
