A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Corporate and Securities Legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain corporate records, including minute books and stock ledgers
  • Manage corporate filings and ensure timely submission of reports to regulators
  • Assist with due diligence efforts for M&A transactions and various corporate projects
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a publicly traded company or law firm
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • Proven experience in maintaining corporate governance and managing public company compliance
  • Strong knowledge of SEC filings, public company governance, and securities laws
  • Experience in technology or high-growth industries is a plus
