Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise hospital systems, medical groups, and provider organizations on corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Structure and negotiate physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures, and service agreements
• Support the day-to-day legal and operational needs of healthcare companies, including compliance policy development

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
• Deep experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Stark Law
• Strong background in managed care contracting and value-based care models
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
