Required Qualifications
At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
Deep experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Stark Law
Strong background in managed care contracting and value-based care models
J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
