Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Documents and Information.

Key Responsibilities

• Accesses hospital information systems to retrieve medical documents and information for processing hospital claims
• Utilizes the Artiva (or FACS) workflow management system to manage tasks and update records
• Conducts monthly reviews of client systems for payment transactions and reports discrepancies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Adherence to HIPAA requirements
• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn hospital information systems for document retrieval
• Strong organizational skills for accurate record keeping
