Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to provide administration and support for leave of absence services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams, managers, and employees regarding leave policies
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leaves of absence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave of absence administration for mid to large size companies
  • Experience working with clients, including C-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to leaves of absence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with leave management systems
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
