Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the member enrollment team during large-scale enrollment projects
• Manage a team of Outreach and Enrollment Coordinators, including hiring and performance management
• Conduct staff training and monitor key performance metrics for enrollment success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three years of experience in sales, outreach, engagement, and/or enrollment campaigns preferred
• Three years of experience in the behavioral health field and/or healthcare environment preferred
• Three years of experience in a high-volume call center position
• Customer service experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and Excel
