Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Onboarding Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new providers in both English and Spanish
• Proactively reach out via phone, email, and SMS to drive activation milestones
• Deliver expert-level guidance on application functionality to help users maximize platform use

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or a high-touch service environment with technology/SaaS companies
• Experience executing a proactive call and contact strategy
• Strong objection-handling and value-selling skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
