Semiconductor Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Semiconductor Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers on Semiconductor Products via phone and email
  • Utilize support systems/tools and technical knowledge to remotely resolve customer problems
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • AAS degree in Electronics
  • Demonstrated understanding of schematics/datasheets for semiconductor device functionality
  • Product support experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Electrical circuit design experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in technical customer service, preferably in a semiconductor environment
