Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and inquiries
• Schedule deliveries for patients while adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
• Maintain knowledge of escalation processes to communicate urgent patient needs effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy is preferred
