Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and authorize promotional programs and contracts, focusing on their financial impact
• Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze results, presenting them to Senior Management
• Identify process weaknesses and recommend improvements to automate functions and reduce risks

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a high volume retail accounting environment
• Proficiency with PC-based systems is required
• Previous experience with Oracle financial software is strongly preferred
