Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Lead and manage a global accounting team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
• Expertise in advanced accounting software and ERP systems
• Deep knowledge of international accounting standards and financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Experience in leading change management initiatives within the finance function
