Texas Licensed Source to Pay Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a USON Practice Management Source to Pay Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and standardization in Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, and Treasury
• Design and implement a robust control environment for the source to pay process, ensuring compliance with risk management standards
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Accounts Payable and Cash Disbursement issues, providing guidance and support to practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting and reporting experience, with less experience acceptable if holding a relevant Master's degree
• Direct experience leading change and business/process transformation in a large public company
• Strong knowledge of SOX regulations, PCAOB Standards, COSO guidelines, and US GAAP
