The opportunity:
  •  As an Accounts Officer, you will be pivotal in assisting with our financial operations and will work on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).
  • You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our financial systems.
  • You will be working with a passionate accounts team and contributes to the overall efficiency and satisfaction of our employees.


Day to day you will:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process expense claims and payments.
  • Assist with the supplier onboarding process.
  • Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.


What you’ll bring to our team:
  • At least a year of proven experience in accounts team(AP/AR).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in SAP software or any other similar platforms such as MYOB or Xero.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
