Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor and Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the clinical documentation team to identify documentation improvement opportunities
• Assesses coding practices to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Develops educational strategies and tools to promote quality outcomes across the health system

Required Qualifications

• RHIT or RHIA or CCS Certification
• Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist
• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (or currently enrolled)
• Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
• Clinical expertise gained from prior experience with clinical documentation teams
