In this role you will:- Lead and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Define and own Hyperlane’s marketing vision, strategy, and budget.
- Establish scalable processes and frameworks to support Hyperlane’s rapid growth.
- Design and execute content strategies to showcase Hyperlane’s value.
- Create campaigns to drive engagement, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Plan, organise and execute team participation in events aligned with our goals.
- Excel in using metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, refine strategies, and optimize campaigns.
For this role you have or are:- 3+ years of experience leading marketing efforts in the crypto ecosystem.
- Proven track record of scaling established marketing functions and driving measurable improvements in visibility, engagement, and results.
- Expertise in data analysis, using insights to refine strategies and improve impact.
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, with active participation in the space.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience creating compelling content.
Nice to have:- Familiarity with on-chain data and its application in marketing.
- Experience organizing developer-focused events or hackathons.
- Background in business development or product marketing within crypto.
- Creative, innovative problem-solving skills.
Salary range for this role is $167K to $220K USD (NY). Compensation is subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
