Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and a payroll administrator to meet hiring objectives
• Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms
• Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the property insurance industry or related field
• 2+ years of experience hiring and recruiting remote contractors
• 2+ years of experience managing teams
• Proven ability to source and hire candidates effectively
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
