A company is looking for a Billing Escalation Specialist who will manage patient health information and ensure accuracy in billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the security of medical records to ensure patient confidentiality
• Review patient records for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 Coding
• Understanding of medical terminology related to claims
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with eligibility and benefits verification for medical treatments
