Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Solar Energy Consultant to assist customers in adopting residential solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate prospective customers on the benefits of residential solar and guide them through the purchase journey
• Utilize advanced technologies to prepare and review solar proposals for potential customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process while achieving performance KPIs

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of residential solar sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Home Improvement Salesperson License required
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications)
• High integrity and ethical sales practices
