Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Service Agent to enhance member experiences and promote products.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services to members and agents
• Manage all sales activities, including initial conversations, educating members, and closing sales
• Service existing policies and prepare accurate documentation for client activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must possess a personal lines insurance license (training provided)
• Sales-focused outlook with a demonstrated ability to deliver high customer service
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
