Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success (European based- Ideally Switzerland).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Customer Success strategy to support retention, expansion, and growth objectives
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team with clear performance metrics
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to enhance CRM and client-facing tools for improved customer management
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading Customer Success or consulting sales functions in SaaS, medtech, or similar B2B sectors
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2B client growth through strategic support and value creation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategies
  • Experience in collaborating with development/IT to improve tools and workflows
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish as a plus
