A company is looking for a DME Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
• Process orders and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of inbound customer service experience
• Preferred: Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field
• Preferred: One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field
