Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for basic automobile accidents
• Handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Understanding of subrogation or fraud potential
