• Perform outbound calls and answer incoming calls, addressing customer needs and resolving inquiries
• Exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics while accurately entering customer information into the database
• Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and complete additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Good home office working environment with high-speed internet and webcam capability
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications are essential
• Flexible availability to support a 24/7 team as needed
