Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative (GA Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-service insurance reviews and resolve complex insurance issues through calls with patients and insurance companies
• Ensure accurate processing of accounts to facilitate successful insurance registration and claims processing
• Meet Key Performance Indicators for call accuracy and maintain understanding of account documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
• Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications is preferred
• Working knowledge of medical billing and coding is preferred
• Prior work experience in a medical office or understanding of health insurance is preferred
