Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote monitoring of patient vital signs, symptoms, and health indicators
• Identify patients needing immediate clinical intervention based on monitored data
• Collaborate with nurses and nurse practitioners for coordinated care management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with compact licensure
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an LPN/LVN
• Experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine settings is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and a startup environment is a plus
