Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently
• Assist providers through multiple channels, including calls and chats, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and promote self-service digital tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
