Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading self-publishing and print-on-demand platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with locating orders, navigating the website, and resolving billing inquiries
  • Provide timely and empathetic support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Meet performance metrics including number of tickets resolved, customer satisfaction scores, and response time targets
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience; SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with helpdesk tools such as FreshDesk or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Must be available to work onsite in the RDU area for the first week of training
  • Contract position running from October 6th to January 30th
