Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Medical Billing Associate - Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inbound patient phone calls and manage copay collections
• Create and maintain billing ledgers, assist with patient electronic communications, and support admin functions
• Achieve goals set by management related to patient payments and assist in larger projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in a high-volume call center or patient support environment
• Proven ability to manage and de-escalate challenging patient interactions
• Strong attendance and reliability with a track record of meeting schedules
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management skills to balance high call volume while maintaining quality
