Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise accounting and provide financial reporting for client companies
• Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Develop and mentor finance and accounting team members while identifying opportunities for business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7+ years of combined Finance and Accounting experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Life Sciences sector
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
