Lead Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Revenue Accountant to manage accounting functions with a focus on revenue and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, focusing on revenue, commissions, and General Accounting
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Support monthly financial reporting processes and prepare revenue forecasts and GAAP compliant annual financial statements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with ASC 606, particularly in software companies
• Experience with Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management system required
• Experience drafting financial statements, including footnotes and balance sheets
• CPA or progress toward CPA
• Experience with booked journal entries or evaluating revenue contracts
