Who are we looking for

We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience who can provide fearless feedback.

You will have the following duties

• New Product Incubation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch new product offerings.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to validate product ideas.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for product pilots.

• Go-To-Market (GTM) Initiatives:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop GTM strategies for new and existing products.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns and launches.

• Data-Driven Projects:

  • Lead data analysis to uncover insights that inform product and business decisions.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track operational performance and identify areas of improvement.

• Operational Rhythm:

  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence of business reviews, tracking progress against goals.

  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across teams.

You should meet the following requirements

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in startups, with a strong execution track record.

  • Prior experience in a business operations, data analyst, or similar role.

• Skills:

  • Deep familiarity with serving B2C customers, understanding their behaviors, needs, and preferences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

  • Effective communication in English and stakeholder management skills.

• Mindset:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem solver.

  • Passion for working at the intersection of strategy and execution.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
