Federal Services Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Services Accountant with FAR Government Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues
• Utilize accounting software to manage and track project financials
• Review financial reports for government contracts to ensure FAR compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a FAR compliant environment
• CPA preferred but not required
• Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, and general business and tax law
• Experience with project-driven engineering consulting firms is highly preferred
