Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will work remotely and must live in MST or PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, and produce accurate payrolls for multiple clients in compliance with regulations
• Review and validate payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organization
• Prior experience in a multi-client environment is required
• Expert knowledge of payroll software such as ADP, Ceridian, or similar systems
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with payroll laws
• Certified Payroll Professional certification is a plus
