Global Payroll Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Lead to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute global payroll operations in the US and other countries, ensuring timely and compliant processing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth payroll operations, including data collection and reporting
• Drive process improvements and maintain compliance with local tax and labor laws across various markets

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll experience managing multi-country payrolls across the Americas, EMEA, and/or APAC
• In-depth knowledge of global payroll compliance, taxation, and labor regulations
• Experience with third-party payroll providers and internal systems (e.g., ADP, Excel, G-Suite)
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
