Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and manage office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CHRO's calendar, travel, and complex scheduling while preparing briefing materials and meeting agendas
• Oversee daily headquarters operations, vendor relationships, and office supply management
• Plan and execute corporate events, managing logistics and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a tech/software environment
• 3+ years of office administration experience
• 2+ years of event planning and coordination experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
